Vitamin A: Critical for Female Fertility

Vitamin A helps build a baby's eyes, heart and lungs. Too much preformed vitamin A, from animal foods and supplements, can cause birth defects in pregnancy. We're hosting a live members session on it. Join from anywhere.

Pam Schoenfeld, MS, RD, LDN, is a registered dietitian in Raleigh, North Carolina. She works with women and couples on nutrition for fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding. She writes the All About Vitamin A column for Wise Traditions, the Weston A. Price Foundation's journal. The column began in the Winter 2025 issue, and she's written about vitamin A in the journal since 2016. In this Save the Uterus Club members session, "Vitamin A: Critical for Female Fertility," she'll cover the main points, share her approach and bring her references. The session is education. Pam speaks for her own work.

Come with your questions, and take what you learn to your own clinician.

Save the Uterus Club is creating a different kind of healthcare model — one where the uterus isn't blamed for every problem and women get real answers. Members attend the live call and get the recording, transcript, and Gemini notes.
