National report covering assisted reproduction treatments initiated in 2022 across Swedish clinics. Fresh IVF delivery rate per embryo transfer for own gametes. Freeze cycle delivery rates continuing to improve. SET rate 90% fresh, 99% frozen. Cumulative LBR per OPU reported. IUI-D, oocyte freezing, donated gamete, and PGT outcomes included.
