Patient seen evaluated by me after in depth review of chart. \n\nPresentation: \nPlacental location: \nAFI: \n\nI discussed various options, risks, benefits and alternatives with patient including expectant management, primary cesarean delivery versus external cephalic version.\n\nRisks of expectant management include, but are not limited to - onset of spontaneous labor with a non-cephalic presenting fetus (vs spontaneous resolution to cephalic)
