Rebecca Vavilov, PhD, is the founder of Ova Wellness, where she helps women reclaim their hormonal health and fertility through a restorative, wellness-based approach. She holds a PhD in Natural Medicine with a focus on female hormones and fertility, along with the BCDNH and LEHP credentials. She's a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator with the Boston Cross Check Method and a member of FACTS About Fertility. She's passionate about overall wellness, especially helping women understand their cycles, hormones, and fertility. Her teaching covers cycle charting, foundational health, and what restorative reproductive medicine looks like in practice, along with the history behind it. She serves as Director and Treasurer of the RRM Foundation.

About this course
Most members arrive at this course after years of being told their labs are normal. This nine-lesson course, recorded live for the Save the Uterus Club, opens with the definition Rebecca Vavilov, PhD, keeps returning to: find the cause, treat the disease, restore function. She walks through why a normal-looking chart and an ongoing symptom are not a contradiction, and why the ovulatory cycle belongs in the conversation as a vital sign, not an afterthought.
From there the course covers the full diagnostic roadmap: cycle charting and biomarkers, a full health history, cycle-timed hormone evaluation, structural evaluation, and why male factor is never left out of the workup. A short history lesson traces cycle science from early observation through Stein-Leventhal, Odeblad, and the development of NaProTechnology, then sets Restorative Reproductive Medicine directly against IVF: two different starting questions. One diagnoses and treats. One proceeds without answering the question first.
The closing lessons cover the published evidence behind cause-based care, a tour of the RRM Academy library and member resources, how the platform vets outside speakers and protects member data, and a candid look at clinics borrowing "root cause" language without the fundamentals behind it.
