She walks through why a normal-looking chart and an ongoing symptom are not a contradiction, and why the ovulatory cycle belongs in the conversation as a vital sign, not an afterthought.

From there the course covers the full diagnostic roadmap: cycle charting and biomarkers, a full health history, cycle-timed hormone evaluation, structural evaluation, and why male factor is never left out of the workup.
