Friend is self-attested and currently the only tier open for applications. A clinic reads the four principles, affirms each one, and applies. Accredited is a future tier that will require editorial review by RRM Academy plus verification through a recognized training or board pathway. Accredited is not yet open, and no clinic carries that designation today. If you see a clinic claiming to be RRM Academy accredited, that claim is not accurate.
