About This Course

In this Save the Uterus Club session, Rebecca Vavilov, founder of OVA Wellness and a certified fertility awareness educator, teaches two foundations of women's health: cycle literacy and foundational health. She shows how to read your cycle as a vital sign, the anatomy and hormones behind it, how to chart and interpret your patterns, and the red flags worth bringing to a restorative reproductive medicine provider. From there she walks through the daily foundations that support healthy hormones and ovulation, including nutrition, sleep and circadian rhythm, movement, reducing toxin exposure, and calming the nervous system. Dr. Naomi Whittaker joins for a practical question-and-answer conversation to close. It is an approachable, science-grounded place to begin understanding your body.

Rebecca Vavilov is the founder of OVA Wellness, where she helps women reclaim their hormonal health and fertility through a restorative, wellness-based approach. She holds a PhD in Natural Medicine and is a Board Certified Doctor of Natural Health, a Licensed Ecclesiastical Health Practitioner, and a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator in the Boston Cross Check method. Her work centers on cycle charting and the everyday foundations that support healthy hormones and fertility.
