Male-partner evaluation and treatment within the RRM framework, focused on identifying and correcting the underlying causes of male factor infertility. Restorative andrology investigates varicocele, hormonal imbalance, oxidative stress, infection, sperm DNA fragmentation, and lifestyle contributors rather than bypassing male factor with intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
