The systematic daily recording of fertility biomarkers according to a specific standardized method, such as the Creighton Model or another FABM. Chart data function analogously to an ECG for the reproductive system, revealing hormonal patterns, potential abnormalities, and optimal windows for diagnostics, treatment timing, and intercourse. Changes in charting patterns serve as a form of biofeedback to assess treatment efficacy.¹
