Antioxidant Therapy

The therapeutic use of antioxidant compounds to reduce oxidative stress in both male and female reproductive contexts. In males, antioxidants (vitamin C, E, CoQ10, zinc, selenium, L-carnitine, N-acetylcysteine) reduce sperm DNA fragmentation and improve sperm parameters. In females, antioxidants support oocyte quality, reduce endometriosis-related oxidative damage, and may support embryo development.12
