DIR Jahrbuch 1999 (Deutsches IVF-Register Annual Report 1999)

Deutsches IVF-Register e.V.

Deutsches IVF-Register Jahrbuch, 2000

Abstract

This yearbook of the Deutsches IVF-Register presents the register's evaluation for the year 1999, the fourth annual evaluation since the establishment of its federal office in Bad Segeberg. The foreword states that 93 participating centres fully documented 58817 treatment cycles for 1999, of which 51111 were documented prospectively with plausible entries. According to the foreword, a targeted request for data completion raised the follow-up rate of pregnancies and children born for 1998 to over 85%. The yearbook reports results of IVF, ICSI and cryopreservation, children born, and OHSS and complications.
