Abstract
This annual report of the Agence de la biomédecine on the vigilance system for medically assisted procreation (AMP vigilance) presents the vigilance declarations received in 2020 and the actions carried out that year. The Agence received 387 AMP vigilance declarations from 77 AMP centres in 2020, including 85 declarations of incidents. The report states that 313 adverse effects were reported for 302 declarations of adverse effects in 2020. The introduction states that AMP vigilance activities were affected by the difficulties caused by the COVID 19 pandemic, and a separate chapter describes COVID-related incidents within and outside the scope of AMP vigilance.
