Abstract
This annual report of the Agence de la biomédecine on the vigilance system for medically assisted procreation (AMP vigilance) presents the vigilance declarations received in 2022 and the actions carried out that year. The Agence received 391 declarations from 68 AMP centres in 2022, and 385 of them fell within the scope of AMP vigilance. The 385 in-scope declarations comprised 282 declarations of adverse effects, 97 declarations of incidents and 6 linked incidents and adverse effects. The introduction states that the first results of surveillance using data from the Système National des Données de Santé (SNDS) confirm under-notification of the main expected adverse effects.
